Lavender Simple Syrup

- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsps Lavender Bud
- Bring water and lavender to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain with fine mesh strainer, bottle and refrigerate. Mixture will keep refrigerated for about one week.
